Prices and Taxes

All prices are included with 10% goverment tax and 5% service fees.

Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

The booking has to be 100% complete, doing a reservation. Cancellation is possible 1 day prior to the check-in date. 

Traveling with Minors

Minors travel with you for 150k extra. We're able to provide a crib for your minor. Please mention it well in advance of your stay at us. 

Accessibility or Special Needs

The property is accessible by car, bike, motorbike and drop-off. Every room has stairs to the room, so the property is not wheelchair accessible. If you have any special requests, please feel free to let us know prior to your booking and during your stay at us.

Parking

The parking area is meant for car drop-off. You can not park you car at our parking area, but in the surrounding area you will be able to find parking space available. You are allowed to park your scooter in the parking area, we have plenty of space for that.

Hotel events

Events might be possible. However we will make sure none of the guests will experience any inconvenience by it. If you have any event you would like to host at our place. Feel free to let us know.

Dispute Resolution/Issues

If any issue may occur, we will be more than happy to cooperate with you and find the best solution that will help the both of us.

Use of Personal Information

Your booking information and other collected personal information will be used only for your booking at our place. We will not use it at any third party before asking you first.

Liability

If any damages may be done by the guest to our property, interior of any of our other belongings. The guest is responsible for the damage and should compensate for that. 

Force Majeure

In the event of a natural disaster, war or global pandemic. Your future booking will be cancelled and you will receive 100% of the money back.
